What we collect

• Free evaluation: the answers you give on the form, including your contact details and the resume you upload.
• Coaching: your profile, the evidence you upload, your comments, and the history of your tasks.
• Technical: sign-in records and basic logs needed to keep the service secure.

How we use it

We use your information to evaluate your profile, provide coaching, communicate with you and keep the service secure. We do not sell your information.

Who can see it

Only you, your assigned coach and our administrators can see your coaching information. Documents are stored privately and are served only through short-lived secure links. Emails we send contain a link back to the portal, never your documents.

Where it is stored

Your information is stored with our infrastructure providers, who process it only on our behalf, and is encrypted in transit and at rest.

How long we keep it

Evaluation submissions that do not become coaching clients are deleted after 12 months. Coaching records are kept for 12 months after a case closes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information. Email us at hello@buildcaliber.pro, tell your coach, or reply to any email from us.
