November 2026 Visa Bulletin: EB-1 and EB-2
EB-2 for the rest of the world moved forward three months, and EB-1 China moved forward one month. EB-1 stays current for most countries, and India did not move in either category.
For employment-based green card applications filed in November 2026, USCIS accepts the Dates for filing chart. If your priority date is earlier than the date for your category and country of birth in that chart, you can file your green card application this month. Your country is your country of birth, not your citizenship. "Current" means there is no wait for a visa number.
Final action dates
A green card can be approved only when the applicant's priority date is earlier than this date. Changes are compared with October 2026.

Rest of the world
EB-1 is still current, so an approved EB-1A petition can move straight to a green card. EB-2, which includes the NIW, moved forward three months to April 1, 2025. The filing date held at March 15, 2026, and USCIS is accepting that chart this month, so NIW applicants with earlier priority dates can file the green card application now.
India
EB-1 India held at February 1, 2023, and EB-2 India held at November 1, 2013. The EB-2 wait for India is still more than a decade, so EB-1A remains the faster route for those who qualify. EB-1 India filers with priority dates before July 1, 2024 can submit the green card application now.
China
EB-1 China advanced one month to August 1, 2023. EB-2 China held at October 1, 2021. As with India, an EB-1A petition locks in a much earlier place in line than EB-2.
